The Vice President, Delivery Transformation is responsible for building and evolving the operational foundation that enables Cloud for Good’s Services organization to scale efficiently, predictably, and profitably. This role leads the functions, processes, governance, and enablement capabilities that support delivery excellence across the organization.
Partnering closely with executive leadership, the Vice President, Delivery Transformation helps shape and execute the organization’s delivery transformation priorities, including AI-enabled delivery, intellectual property integration and adoption, operational governance, forecasting, and workforce planning. This leader is accountable for translating strategic initiatives into scalable processes, measurable outcomes, and sustained organizational adoption.
Industry leaders and delivery leaders remain accountable for client outcomes and delivery execution within their portfolios. The Vice President, Delivery Transformation ensures the organization has the systems, insights, governance, and operational capabilities necessary to achieve those outcomes.

Qualifications / Skills
1. Delivery Excellence & Transformation
- Delivery Excellence & Operating Model: Be responsible for the continuous evolution of Cloud for Good’s delivery methodologies, estimation frameworks, governance models, and operational standards, ensuring the delivery organization can scale predictably, efficiently, and profitably while supporting increasingly repeatable and fixed-fee delivery models.
- AI Enablement & Process Innovation: Own and lead the adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes across the delivery lifecycle, establishing governance and best practices that improve productivity, delivery quality, knowledge sharing, operational efficiency, and client value.
- Intellectual Property Integration & Adoption: Partner with business and delivery leaders to integrate intellectual property into delivery methodologies and operating processes. Be responsible for driving adoption and measuring business impact through improved delivery performance, efficiency, and client outcomes.
2. Enablement, Adoption & Change Management
- Services Enablement: Lead the Services Enablement function responsible for driving adoption of delivery methodologies, intellectual property, AI-enabled processes, tools, and operational standards through scalable training, onboarding, and change management programs.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Enablement, Delivery Leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adoption of strategic transformation initiatives while supporting go-to-market efforts and helping articulate Cloud for Good’s delivery methodology, operating model, and differentiators.
3. Delivery Operations & Governance
- PMO & Delivery Governance: Lead the PMO and governance functions, providing executive oversight of project health, portfolio performance, delivery risks, and operating rhythms that improve delivery predictability, accountability, execution, and client satisfaction.
- Operational Performance & Forecasting: Own delivery reporting, forecasting, performance metrics, and business insights, partnering with Finance and Delivery Leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, margin performance, operational decision-making, and client outcomes.
- Workforce Planning & Capacity Forecasting: Establish workforce planning and capacity forecasting processes that provide visibility into future talent demand, capacity constraints, workforce trends, and hiring needs.
- Global Delivery Operations: Own the evolution of Cloud for Good’s global delivery model through operational standards, governance, and performance management practices that enable scalable, efficient, and predictable delivery execution.
4. Leadership & Organizational Development
- Team Building & Organizational Leadership: Build and lead the teams responsible for Delivery Excellence, PMO, Services Enablement, and Delivery Operations while establishing the organizational capabilities required to support Cloud for Good’s delivery transformation objectives.
- Strategic Partnership & Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to shape and execute delivery transformation priorities, providing operational insights and recommendations that improve organizational performance, scalability, client outcomes, and overall business effectiveness.
5. Communication & Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across Services, Sales, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and other business functions to align organizational priorities and support strategic initiatives.
- Executive Communication & Customer Engagement: Communicate operational performance, delivery health, transformation progress, and business risks to executive leadership while engaging with clients through post-project reviews, strategic feedback sessions, and executive discussions that help improve Cloud for Good’s delivery experience.
- Community & Thought Leadership: Partner with industry and delivery leaders to facilitate customer user groups, peer communities, and feedback forums that strengthen client relationships, encourage knowledge sharing, and inform future delivery improvements.
- Industry & Operational Leadership: Maintain awareness of emerging delivery methodologies, AI capabilities, market trends, and operational best practices to help drive continuous improvement across the organization and support Cloud for Good’s market leadership.

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.

- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
- Client Time Zone Alignment
- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
