Cloud for Good is seeking experienced technology professionals to lead Salesforce implementation projects with nonprofit organizations or higher education institutions. Successful candidates will be highly experienced in Salesforce implementation and improvement projects and ideally have nonprofit or higher education industry experience.
To be successful on client projects, Business Analysts will have strong Salesforce implementation knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities. They will also have strong consulting skills, such as time management, documentation, and collaboration. Because most of the work of the Business Analyst is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people are particularly important. The ability to collaborate with peers and clients to prioritize and align on solutions is also critical for success.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Salesforce certified (Administrator and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant or Education Cloud Consultant)
- Strong Salesforce implementation knowledge
- Demonstrated success as the lead Business Analyst on a project larger than $300k
- Experience leading discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and writing user stories
- Strong consulting skills, including project and time management, communication, and
teamwork/collaboration
- Industry knowledge of nonprofits (gift processing, moves management, program
management, etc.) and/or higher education (executive education program
management, student retention, recruitment and admissions, advancement, etc.)
- Scrum certification an asset or experience leading teams in an Agile environment
- Proven track record of continuously improving organizations

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the business analysis for 1 or 2 simultaneous Salesforce implementations
- Create a shared vision and understanding of the solution and future state among both
client and the internal teams.
- Work collaboratively with Solution or Business Architect, Developers, and Configurators
to determine appropriate solutions that will satisfy the client’s business needs
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and high-level solutions
- Support team and product owner in prioritizing backlog
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of NPSP and/or EDU products and features
- Lead implementation solutions in multiple Clouds and conduct proactive QA on the
team’s solutions
- Show a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Deliver project assignments on time with excellence

- Contribute to the ongoing growth and improvement of the business analysis tools and practices of Cloud for Good
- Provide feedback to CFG leadership on how the company can improve

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.

- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
