Field Marketing Manager in the USA or Canada

s the Field Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute webinars and in person events programs that generate pipeline, strengthen strategic partnerships, accelerate customer growth, and increase brand awareness across Cloud for Good’s core industries.  

Working closely with Sales, Partner Alliances, and Marketing, you’ll build campaigns that engage prospective and existing customers throughout the buying journey. Success in this role requires equal parts strategic thinking, creativity, organization, and analytical skills, with a strong focus on measuring business impact and continuously optimizing performance. 

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Cloud for Good’s field marketing strategy while working for one of the leading Salesforce consulting partners serving nonprofit, higher education, financial services, and state and local government organizations. 

Location: Virtual, home-based office in the United States or Canada 

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Visa sponsorship is not available. 

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, event marketing, or integrated campaign management. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the technology ecosystem, particularly within nonprofit, higher education, financial services, or state and local government. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategic integrated marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. 
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams to create a strategic event plan that supports pipeline generation and account growth. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms to build campaigns, track performance, and report results. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working alongside executives, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 
  • Experience negotiating with vendors, managing event logistics, and overseeing marketing budgets is preferred. 
  • Experience within nonprofit or higher education organizations is a plus. 

Responsibilities 

  • Define and execute the field marketing strategy across events, webinars, partner initiatives, and integrated campaigns to drive pipeline, customer growth, and market expansion. 
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to develop annual go-to-market plans, ensuring field marketing investments align with territory priorities, revenue targets, and strategic growth initiatives. 
  • Own the event and sponsorship investment strategy, using market insights and performance analytics to prioritize opportunities that maximize brand visibility, partner engagement, and pipeline contribution. 
  • Lead all aspects of webinars and in-person events, including strategy, messaging, promotions, registration, logistics, speaker coordination, vendor management, contract negotiation, staffing, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Partner closely with Salesforce, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute co-marketing initiatives. 
  • Create integrated promotional campaigns utilizing email marketing, social media, digital marketing, partner channels, and sales enablement assets. 
  • Collaborate with Sales to support account-based marketing initiatives, regional campaigns, and pipeline acceleration efforts. 
  • Establish campaign goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators while monitoring results throughout execution. 
  • Analyze campaign and event performance, measuring registrations, attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, return on investment, and overall business impact. 
  • Present campaign insights and recommendations to Marketing and Sales leadership, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Develop and maintain annual event budgets, forecasting expenses and ensuring investments align with business objectives. 
  • Conduct quarterly performance and budget reviews, recommending adjustments based on campaign results and evolving business priorities. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices to continually improve Cloud for Good’s field marketing programs.

  • Travel Requirements 
    • This role requires regular in-person attendance at our Toronto office several times per week to support team collaboration and business operations. Additionally, business travel, both domestic and international, may be required based on project, client, and company needs, including participation in company onsite events. The amount of business travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation. 
  • Work Environment 
    • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone). 
  • Client Time Zone Alignment 
    • As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
