Position Summary
The Executive Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, ensuring the efficient operation of the Office of the CEO. This role supports executive priorities and logistics, drives organizational follow-through, manages executive operating rhythms, and serves as a trusted liaison across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, exceptionally proactive, exercises outstanding judgment, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. They anticipate needs before they arise, remove administrative friction from executives, and help ensure leadership priorities translate into execution across the organization.
Location: Virtual, home office in the USA
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.
Primary Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring strategic prioritization of meetings and commitments.
- May also support other executive calendaring.
- Coordinate schedules across the Executive Leadership Team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
- Manage executive travel, expenses, and logistics, including meeting and group logistics.
- Draft executive communications, presentations, and correspondence.
- Screen and prioritize requests requiring executive attention.
Executive Operations
- Own the operating cadence for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Coordinate weekly executive meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and Board meetings, including preparing materials, documenting key decisions and action items and ensuring timely follow through
- Document key decisions, action items, and timely follow through on Vision Tree, V2MOM and other leadership priorities.
- Track executive action items and drive follow-up to completion.
- Monitor organizational priorities and escalate risks or delays.
- Support annual planning and leadership goal-setting processes.
- Help ensure cross-functional alignment on strategic initiatives.
Board & Investor Support
- Coordinate and attend Board meeting logistics and schedules.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of Board materials.
- Maintain Board calendars and governance documentation.
- Support coordination of lender, investor, and due diligence meetings.
- Support confidential executive-level communications.
- Document board meeting notes and follow up items
Strategic Projects:
Partner with executives on high-impact initiatives, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions integration
- Executive, leadership or company offsites
- Organizational planning
- Company-wide communications
- Cross-functional process improvements
- Business certifications like B-corp
- Special projects assigned by the CEO
Executive Communications
- Draft presentations and executive communications
- Prepare PowerPoint materials for Board, investors, and leadership meetings
- Coordinate company-wide announcements
- Ensure consistent executive messaging across functions
Administrative Leadership
- Improve executive support processes and systems
- Coordinate leadership events and meetings
- Manage confidential documents and records
- Partner with HR on executive onboarding and organizational announcements
- Support vendor relationships related to executive operations
Qualifications:
Required
- 8+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leaders.
- Experience supporting a CEO or executive leadership team.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proven ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability.
Preferred
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth company.
- Experience supporting Board of Directors meetings.
- Experience coordinating M&A, due diligence, or integration efforts.
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Jira, or similar business systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Future Growth
One advantage of this structure is that it scales well. As Cloud for Good grows, this role can evolve into Director of Executive Operations or Chief of Staff, taking on ownership of executive operating rhythms, strategic planning processes, and enterprise initiatives without requiring a complete redesign of the position.

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.
- Work Environment
- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
- Client Time Zone Alignment
- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
