We’re looking for an exceptional sales professional  – someone who knows Salesforce and can speak fluent nonprofit.  The Account Executive will be responsible for selling Salesforce based consulting services to nonprofit and educational organizations.  This role is responsible for acquiring new clients as well as developing existing clients.

Job Description:

  • The Solutions Architect (SA) should have sound knowledge of Sales and Service Clouds and will be responsible for successfully creating custom applications using and integrating with other systems.
  • In this capacity, the SA will be an expert in application development, integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using the API, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and other tools that extend the product.
  • SA should provide technical guidance to the development of applications to support business and product strategies.
  • He/She must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, oversee and approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts and manage the integration process.
  • The Solutions Architect will look for synergies between the various SaaS product offerings in terms of application and infrastructure and will offer guidance on best practices and efficiencies in utilization.
  • The Solutions Architect will also work with Account Executives in a Sales Engineering function to appropriately scope project proposals.
  • Evaluate all SaaS vendors operational practices, security and system architectures.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for overseeing finance, human resources, and general administration at Cloud for Good. Internally, the Director of Finance and Administration will also serve on the leadership team. The Director of Finance and Administration will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen overall organizational capacity and efficiency as we continue to grow in size.

This position is an exciting opportunity for an Operations professional with a strong finance and HR background to join a high growth, professional services organization dedicated to helping nonprofit and educational organizations leverage technology to better deliver on their missions.



  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the leadership team; monitor organizational financial performance and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status on a monthly basis.
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Provide overall financial oversight and monitoring, including development and implementation of sound fiscal management practices and internal controls.
  • Analyze and present financial reports in a robust, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Manage and oversee monthly accounting processes, including bookkeeping, payroll management,
  • invoicing, and collections. This includes managing relationships with key external vendors, including Cloud for Good’s external bookkeeper, CFO and Professional Employer Organization (PEO).


Human Resources

  • Manage and oversee Cloud for Good’s human resources (HR) functions, including: oversight of Cloud for Good’s PEO; staff onboarding; payroll management, and benefits oversight.
  • Develop Cloud for Good’s human resources capacity as the organization scales, including: compensation and benefits structure, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive training program to educate employees regarding Operational and Finance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.


General Administration

  • Supervise Operations Associate.
  • Oversee risk management activities, including annual review and renewal of organizational insurance policies. Oversee renewal of, and compliance with, memorandums of agreement, contracts, and other agreements.
  • Oversee general office management functions to ensure efficient, high quality work environment.
    Manage and track organizational need for computer hardware and software, procuring new equipment as needed.
  • Work in partnership with the leadership team to refine the strategic plan for Cloud for Good. Provide financial and operational input for all strategic planning processes.



Cloud for Good seeks a Director of Finance and Administration who believes in our mission and has proven experience managing finance, HR, and general administration in a high-growth, professional services organization. Key qualifications are enumerated below.

  • Financial management and HR. Experience with and understanding of general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, payroll management, and human resources. Demonstrated success in developing and monitoring financial reports and systems.
  • Education and professional experience. BS/BA degree with at least 5-7 years of experience managing finance, HR, and general administration in a high growth, organization, preferably in the professional services sector. Advanced degree (e.g. accounting or business) preferred. Experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks highly advantageous. Experience working in a virtual or distributed team environment preferred.
  • Attention to detail. Tireless attention to detail and ability to complete work with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Systems thinker. Proven track record in developing and managing organizational systems in a high growth organization.
