March 4, 2022 [Asheville, NC] – Cloud for Good today announced a partnership with Arizona State University (ASU) for the Talent for Good apprenticeship program. Talent for Good aims to close the growing talent gap in the Salesforce ecosystem. In the next five years, Salesforce is projected to create an additional 9.3 million new jobs and generate $1.6 trillion in new business revenues worldwide, leaving organizations searching for trained talent on both platform and industry-specific solutions. With Talent for Good, Cloud for Good clients can hire newly trained Salesforce talent following an opportunity to try out apprentices during Cloud for Good implementation projects.
This new partnership encourages new and recent ASU graduates, regardless of major or previous Salesforce skills or experience, to apply for the apprenticeship program. Accepted applicants will be hired by Cloud for Good and, following a 12-week training program, deployed with Cloud for Good clients. At the end of two years of client work, apprentices are expected to transition to clients as full-time employees. In partnering with Cloud for Good and helping to launch careers in the Salesforce ecosystem, ASU joins Pepperdine, the University of North Texas, Dallas College, and Community College of Rhode Island.
