As we expand our State & Local Government (SLED) focus, we are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Coordinator to support execution of campaigns, events, content publishing, and lead routing for this growing practice area.
Location: Virtual, home-based office in the US or Canada

Role SummaryÂ
The Marketing Coordinator â State and Local will provide critical coordination and execution support to Cloud for Goodâs marketing and growth efforts in the State & Local market. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to develop broad skills across campaign operations, event execution, content publishing, and marketing support functions.
This position works closely with Marketing leadership and State and Local practice stakeholders, supporting the team with organization, execution, and follow-through.

Campaign & Asset Coordination (SLED)Â
- Support execution of SLED marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, tasks, and deliverablesÂ
- Build and maintain project trackers for campaigns, content, and eventsÂ
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for asset delivery (design, edits, formatting)Â
- Assist with campaign QA and publishing processesÂ
Content Formatting & PublishingÂ
- Coordinate the formatting, proofreading, and publishing of marketing materialsÂ
- Support blog publishing workflows and basic web updates (with guidance)Â
- Organize and maintain a library of SLED marketing assets and internal enablement materialsÂ
Event & Webinar SupportÂ
- Assist with planning and execution of webinars and events:Â
- registration setupÂ
- reminder emailsÂ
- speaker logistics supportÂ
- post-event follow-up coordinationÂ
- Support lead capture and handoff processes after eventsÂ
Lead & CRM SupportÂ
- Support inbound lead routing workflows for SLEDÂ
- Maintain accurate campaign tagging and list documentationÂ
- Support CRM hygiene and campaign membership updates as assignedÂ
Research & Administrative SupportÂ
- Conduct basic research on target agencies, events, and public sector trends (as directed)Â
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordinationÂ
- Maintain organized records of marketing documentation and performance summariesÂ

- Travel RequirementsÂ
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travelâboth domestic and internationalâmay be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.Â
