Role Overview
The Salesforce Solution Associate will serve in a junior Salesforce administrator capacity, supporting the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud for Good’s internal Salesforce platform. Working in close partnership with the Salesforce Application Manager and Solution Specialists, this role contributes to new user setup, ensures data integrity, and provides support on internal cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging Salesforce professional to grow within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & User Support
- Assist with routine Salesforce administration tasks including user management and permission sets.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
- Help monitor system health and escalate issues as needed to ensure platform stability.
- Potential to assist in the creation of user-facing documentation, job aids, and training materials.
- Potential to assist with configuration and maintenance of flows under the guidance of senior team members.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and new features, flagging relevant updates to the team.
Delivery & Configuration
- Maintain internal documentation of assigned configuration work.
- Participate in testing activities to verify solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- Support deployment activities and post-release validation.
Reporting & Data Quality
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support visibility and decision-making.
- Assist with data quality initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve user-reported data issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including internships, volunteer projects, and/or client projects.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator certification.
- Familiarity with core Salesforce features including user administration, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively with guidance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with Flows.
- Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery practices.
- Background or interest in professional services, nonprofit, or technology environments.
