Learn how to collect budget actuals and assessment data from grantees, monitor and manage post-award tasks for internal staff, and establish links between grantee activities and outcomes.
    • Option 2 | Staffing, Training, and Change Management Best Practices for Large-Scale and Small-Scale Projects
      This session will go over recommended staffing models, training, and enablement best practices for large scale cross-cloud implementations (eg: CRM, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, AI,) as well as small department specific projects. What are the recommendations when getting started with a new Salesforce project? What to expect from your implementation partner and what can help support you and your team post-implementation. We will also discuss considerations as to who on your team may want to be credentialed as part of your initiative.
