In 2015, Cloud for Good continued to show rapidly planned growth. We experienced over 60% employee growth, adding additional consultants and creating new positions. We completed over 280 projects during the year for 170 unique organizations, including Hamilton Family Center, Arts Midwest and Food Bank for New York City (just to name a few).
In case you weren’t able to attend Dreamforce, or if you were in attendance and missed seeing us, don’t worry! We’ve got pictures from our events and links to our sessions. Take a few minutes to relive some of the moments you most enjoyed and take a peek at some of ours.
Last week was Dreamforce, Salesforce’s annual customer conference, which basically takes over the city of San Francisco for a week of keynotes, educational sessions and parties. One of the highlights of this year’s conference was a focus on women in the technology industry, capping a major effort within Salesforce itself to recognize the company can do better to ensure more parity between the genders in terms of pay, promotion and overall job satisfaction. Similar efforts are underway in different parts of the technology sector, and within the Salesforce ecosystem as well (the Girly-Geeks, now known as Women in Tech, and Girl Force being two good examples of the latter). These efforts are definitely praiseworthy and in need of all of our support. There is another area of diversity, however, that also needs focus from all of us, on a global basis, and that is racial diversity.
Thursday was Product Keynote day at Dreamforce ‘15 and the Cloud for Good team spread out to cover them all. The Cloud for Good team left each keynote excited and inspired by all the new announcements. Check out our highlights.

Day one is coming to a wrap here at Dreamforce 2015, and what a day it has been! Many (including the Cloud for Good team) were up bright and early to try and beat the registration lines at 7 am, and sessions started quickly after with the first beginning at 8:00 am. It has been said that Dreamforce is like Disney World for Salesforce customers. Here are some suggestions on making the best of both Dreamforce and Disney World! Be sure to plan ahead, ask for help, remain flexible and remember that you can’t buy everything.
