Cloud for Good Will Be Sending the Entire Team to Dreamforce 2015

If you are not familiar with Dreamforce, it is the annual Salesforce conference in San Francisco and it’s kind of a big deal. This year, we decided to send the entire Cloud for Good team (or at least everyone who can make the trip) to Dreamforce. Below are my top 7 reasons for sending the whole team.

#7 Work hard and Rock Harder: Dreamforce is more than just business — it is about having a lot of fun! The Cloud for Good team has more than doubled in size and revenue each year for the last few years, and we deserve to have some fun together. This year we are excited about seeing the Foo Fighters, who are sure to deliver a great performance.

#6 Developer and Admin Zones: Last year’s admin and developer zones were absolutely amazing. Both locations have great content for admins and developers, theatre sessions, and many opportunities to learn from peers.

#5 Partner Networking: We believe that collaboration makes us better at what we do, therefore, we partner with many application providers (we have hosted webinars with almost 20 of them over the last 12 months!). Dreamforce is a great place to meet with our existing partners, but it is also provides us with opportunities to learn new applications and create additional partnerships.

#4 Connect with Clients: We love meeting our customers! As a Salesforce Foundation Strategic Partner, we will have a booth in the Foundation Zone. We find that our booth is a great place to connect with our existing clients and begin relationships with new customers and prospects. Come see us for a giveaway that will knock your socks off!

#3 Share Our Success: Sharing is an essential part of our culture at Cloud for Good. We have more Salesforce MVPs and User Group Leaders than any other Salesforce firm. This year, we have six Cloud for Gooders who will present different sessions and five of our customers will showcase their successes on the platform.

#2 Time to Meet: Cloud for Good is a virtual company with full time employees in 12 states and two Canadian provinces. Although we see each other virtually every day in our daily huddle, I have never met some of my employees in person. With so many remote workers, it’s crucial to get them all together, and Dreamforce is the perfect opportunity to make this happen! We will bring everyone to Dreamforce a couple of days in advance to spend some time together, build the roadmap for the next 12 months, and learn new skills.

#1 We Practice What We Preach: Dreamforce is not only the largest technology conference in the world, it is also the largest nonprofit technology conference. As Salesforce experts who speak fluent nonprofit, we all can learn and grow from the sessions, interactions with clients and prospects, and each of our team members.
