Talent for Good

Talent for Good is a large-scale Talent as a Service (TasS) solution for the Salesforce ecosystem. It solves hiring challenges by providing specifically trained Salesforce talent to immediately fill vacancies for Salesforce-based roles. Research suggests that the Salesforce ecosystem will generate an additional 9.3 million jobs in the U.S. by 2026, creating an urgent need for workers not only trained in Salesforce but also ready-for-hire based on tangible work experience.

The Salesforce Economy: Net-New Business Revenue and Jobs from Using Salesforce Cloud, Year-End 2018 to Year-End 2024

With the growth of the Salesforce ecosystem, you won’t be surprised to learn that demand for Salesforce talent has also skyrocketed. But few employers are interested in hiring a candidate who’s just completed a training program. They’re looking for relevant work experience. Indeed, a report by Mason Frank showed most candidates don’t find that Trailhead badges increase their chances of gaining future employment. It’s experience that matters most of all.

So how do we close the skills gap in the Salesforce ecosystem?

Talent for Good is an apprenticeship program that recruits career starters and career changers with relevant transferable skills to partake in an intensive training program, pass two Salesforce certification exams, and then fulfill Salesforce-centered roles via client placements. Talent for Good clients benefit from employees that passed Cloud for Good’s selective recruiting process, proven training program, hands-on work experience, ongoing mentorship, and training. At the conclusion of the apprenticeship, the client has the option to hire the Analyst.

Talent for Good's Mission

Interested in talent for good?

“The Salesforce talent gap is massive and growing. Salesforce has done a fantastic job providing training material through its Trailhead, Pathfinder, and Talent Alliance programs. But too few job seekers are taking advantage of this training and even fewer employers are hiring new Salesforce developers or administrators without relevant work experience. Achieve’s investment will allow Cloud for Good to launch the first scaled apprenticeship program for Salesforce, which we’re calling Talent for Good.”
