We work with university partners and workforce development programs to source eager apprentices ready to start their technology journey. Our rigorous recruitment process helps vet the apprentices for technology acumen, and the soft skills your Salesforce team need to thrive at your company, mitigating your hiring risk and reducing your recruiting costs.
We’ll work with your organization to understand your business and industry-specific needs, and train your new apprentice on Salesforce, providing the certifications and consulting skills they need to become a contributing member of your team on day one.
Once training has concluded, the apprentice will be embedded at your organization for the duration of the contract giving you the option to hire the apprentice at the contract’s conclusion. During this time, Cloud for Good will continue to invest in the development of your apprentice. They will have access to mentorship, training, and the collective knowledge base that comes from the Cloud for Good team.

Our training program includes making sure every candidate is Salesforce-certified and possesses proven work experience before joining your team.
