Cloud for Good Welcomes Dana Genson as Vice President of Professional Services

February 1, 2018 (ASHEVILLE, NC) – Today, Cloud for Good, a Salesforce.org Premium Partner and four-time Inc. 5000 honoree, announced Dana Genson as Vice President of Services. Genson joined Cloud for Good on January 16 and will operate out of Denver, Colorado.

Genson, a customer engagement and consulting professional, brings nearly fifteen years of experience in building solution teams and guiding startups, Fortune 500 companies and other organizations in their pursuit of CRM, analytics, and cloud technologies. Genson’s skillset includes quickly identifying root issues, and developing clearly defined action plans, producing strong results.

Genson will be responsible for empowering Cloud for Good’s Services team with the tools they need to accelerate the company’s growing presence among nonprofit, educational institution and public- sector clients within the Salesforce ecosystem, while ensuring the team continues to deliver the high-level of service that Cloud for Good is known to provide.

Most recently, Genson served as Practice Area Lead for Slalom Consulting in the Denver area. She focused on building a team of technical and functional experts that could market, sell, design and deliver solutions that transformed companies’ interactions with their customers. Prior to joining Slalom Consulting, Genson worked at Accenture for twelve years, holding several positions including Senior Manager, Sales Transformation Consulting and Sales Transformation Offering Development Lead and Program Manager. Genson is an alumna of Cornell University.

“I am very excited to welcome Dana to our team,” said Tal Frankfurt, Founder and CEO. “Cloud for Good is experiencing rapid growth with an increased demand for our transformational services across multiple verticals. Dana has the right background to help our team grow our Services offerings, while still focusing on global good. I look forward to working with her to continue growing the firm.”

“Cloud for Good has a reputation of excellence among its clients, and within the Salesforce ecosystem,” said Genson. “Hundreds of organizations around the world have engaged with Cloud for Good to create more value with the Salesforce platform. I am excited to help more organizations understand how they can leverage the Salesforce platform to further their specific goals and aspirations through engagement with Cloud for Good. I am truly excited to join a team whose mission focuses on assisting clients who make the world a better place.”

Since launching as a Salesforce-focused consulting firm for nonprofits and higher education institutions, Cloud for Good has evolved into a leading partner in the industry, with experienced consultants who bring deep knowledge about the Salesforce Platform. Cloud for Good has assisted over 850 clients with more than 1,500 implementations, all while giving back to the nonprofit community through the Salesforce-led Pledge 1% movement. Cloud for Good has continued to experience tremendous growth as a four-time honoree on the Inc. 5000 list. Under Genson’s leadership, Cloud for Good’s services team will build upon this strong growth trajectory to continually improve customer product offerings and support.

Genson’s announcement as Vice President of Services follows the recent transition of Nik Panter to Vice President of Sales, as Cloud for Good adds additional team members to serve a variety of organizations across all Salesforce Clouds.
