March 16, 2022 [Asheville, NC] – Cloud for Good today announced its Talent for Good apprenticeship program has been recognized as a Nationally Registered Apprenticeship Program by the U.S. Department of Labor, the first in the Salesforce ecosystem. Registered Apprenticeships are proven models, validated by the U.S. Department of Labor to enable and energize more employers to create a path to a skilled career.
Talent for Good completed a rigorous evaluation of its recruiting, training, and placement processes in order to achieve the nationally recognized credential. A number of quality standards established by the U.S. Department of Labor, such as the number of training hours, projected salary, access to benefits, and coverage of certification costs for apprentices, were all met and fully exceeded by the Talent for Good apprenticeship program.
This program aims to close the growing talent gap in the Salesforce ecosystem by recruiting, training, and deploying new talent in various Salesforce roles. “We see the Salesforce ecosystem continue to grow and expand, but many organizations interested in the transformative technology struggle to hire and staff internal technology teams ready to utilize the platform. Talent for Good aims to close both the Salesforce skills and experience gaps,” said Vice President, People and Operations, Lindsey Ciochina.
Research suggests that the Salesforce ecosystem will generate an additional 2.9 million jobs in the U.S. by 2024, creating an urgent need for workers not only trained in Salesforce but also ready-for-hire based on tangible work experience.

We intend to create clear pathways to high-paying jobs for the next generation of technology-oriented professionals and becoming a Registered Apprenticeship Program will help us bring even more new talent into the Salesforce ecosystem.”
