ASHEVILLE, NC—December 12, 2019— Cloud for Good was named to Comparably’s 2019 list of the Best Companies for Women. Honorees consist of the companies that had the highest scores, as rated by their female employees on Comparably.com.
“Cloud for Good is filled with exceptional women,” said Tal Frankfurt, Founder and CEO of Cloud for Good, “From leadership to sales and consulting. I’m thrilled to learn that they feel supported and empowered to be some of our biggest contributors.”
“It is important to understand the sentiment of women and how they feel about their workplaces relative to men,” said Comparably CEO Jason Nazar. “Our annual Best Companies for Women list recognizes the top organizations that female employees rated as collectively having the best attributes for fair pay, career advancement opportunities, benefits, and more.”
“Cloud for Good aims to provide a work environment and culture that not only promotes diversity and inclusion but also celebrates it,” said Lindsey Ciochina, Vice President of People and Operations. “With the majority of our workforce as female, we are overjoyed to see our female employees give us a 91/100 on our overall culture score.”
Rankings for the Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rate their employers on Comparably.com throughout the year. For the Best Companies for Women, the winners received the highest ratings by female employees who provided feedback on a variety of workplace culture questions. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com.
