Brainshark’s next grant application deadline for the enterprise version of their solution is Feb. 19, 2010.

“Effective communication is a driving factor in how well your organization can gain support, mobilize members and volunteers, improve efficiency, and achieve your mission. Brainshark understands the challenges that many non-profits have, and offers programs to help you deliver more powerful and measurable communications to advance your objectives. In addition to discount programs for eligible non-profits, Brainshark also has a grant program, awarding a 1-year software license donation to one non-profit recipient per quarter.
To be eligible, you must be a registered 501(c)(3) (or equivalent outside the U.S. ). Other eligibility requirements apply. To learn more please view the presentation, which contains a link to download the grant application.”
