We began 2025 by celebrating our 15-year anniversary, and now, we’re continuing that spirit of celebration, reflection, and pride with another meaningful milestone: our being recognized for an 11th consecutive year as a Great Place to Work in the U.S. and our 4th in Canada. Our Great Place to Work recognition is based on the ratings of our Goodies’ responses to the Great Place to Work annual survey. The survey centers around five key focus areas: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie.
This year, 93% of our team said Cloud for Good is a great place to work—that’s the same strong rating we had in 2024, and well above the average of 60% at typical Canadian companies and 57% at typical U.S.-based companies. We also saw an increase in overall satisfaction across all survey questions in both the U.S. and Canada.
Here are a few other standout highlights:
- 98% of staff agreed with: “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community”
- 98% also agreed: “People care about each other here”
- 97% said: “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome”
- 95% rated: “Management is competent at running the business”
- In both the U.S. and Canada, our strongest subtheme was Justice, which reflects how well management promotes inclusive behavior, avoids discrimination, and supports fair appeals
- In the U.S., the next strongest subtheme was Intimacy, which measures how much people enjoy their colleagues, feel they can be themselves, and trust each other for support
- In Canada, the second strongest theme was Community, which is similar to Intimacy, reflecting a strong sense of camaraderie, team, and family
