DELIVERABLEs

Requirements gathering, summary, and project management. A custom Salesforce solution will be formulated at an accelerated pace in order to get you up and running as quickly as possible
Application customization including user setup, workflow processes, communication templates, custom reports, and more. Best practices will be built according to data integrity and user-friendliness, resulting in a streamlined, intuitive system.
Data importing from predefined Excel spreadsheets. Your key business metrics will be considered throughout the process, providing visibility and transparency through analytics.

NON-DELIVERABLES

Due to the short amount of time for a QuickStart implementation, some consulting activities must be excluded and would have to be ordered under a separate Statement of Work. Those services include, but are not limited to, the following:
