Ryan McClure is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in strategic people management, talent development and organizational change. In his previous role as the Senior Director of People Operations & Talent Acquisition, he developed a comprehensive talent playbook, implemented an inclusive hiring strategy, and successfully led critical change management initiatives. Ryan excels in organizing talent strategies and driving impactful organizational change. He holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional designation and has received numerous recognitions, including being named one of the Best People Leaders of 2024 by Purpose Jobs. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and actively volunteering in the community.
