Matt is an extremely passionate agile practitioner and leader that loves to help teams learn, grow and optimize what is possible. With a background in software engineering and years of experience in technology transformations and software delivery, he is known for attention to detail and the ability to lead large complex projects and deliver results. Matt finds joy in solving complex problems in a team environment and establishing long lasting relationships with the people he meets along the way.

As a certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master (CSM) & Product Owner (CSPO) and SAFe 6.0 SPC with over 15 years consulting delivery experience, he takes pride in enabling client outcomes by ensuring they contain the correct balance of strategic business focus and technical solutioning. 

Matt is most proud of the positive impact he’s had on the team members and clients that he has worked with in the past. He cherishes the ability to support people and help them shine on the path to achieving their goals.
