Manpreet Singh is a seasoned technology and operations leader with over two decades of experience building high-performing global delivery teams. Based in Jaipur, India, he has successfully scaled and led multiple India GDCs, including Appirio India (acquired by Wipro) and Traction on Demand India (acquired by Salesforce). Most recently, Manpreet led the build-out of Hakkoda’s Snowflake GDC, which transitioned to IBM.
Currently, Manpreet is the Founder & CEO of BOT Consulting, a venture studio for Global Delivery Centers. He also co-founded Lioness Tile, a Jaipur-based social enterprise, focused on creating livelihood opportunities through handcrafted cement tiles.
Manpreet holds a B.E. in Computer Science and an MBA in International Business. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, fitness – his daughter (23), son (16) and Coco (Poodle) and is passionate about initiatives that blend impact, innovation, and scale.
