Keith has been in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2012 where he was part of a steering committee tasked to evaluate an enterprise CRM solution. After a review of ten different solutions, he and his organization selected Salesforce as their enterprise CRM. After utilizing the platform for a few years, Keith transitioned into a sales role positioning professional services to implement Salesforce for not-for-profit organizations.
Since then, Keith has enjoyed working with institutions to build and deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform that spans the entire student journey – from applying as incoming freshman to graduating and becoming an alum. He loves partnering with his clients to drive value-based outcomes while focusing on user adoption and positive ROI.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys working out in the gym, walking the family dog, watching films, studying world history, and spending time with the best part of his life – his family.
