Kaia began her Salesforce career in 2014 as a customer in the healthcare industry. After implementing Salesforce company-wide and building a high-performing team, she made the leap to consulting to help other clients get the most out of Salesforce. She worked across industries such as healthcare, venture capital, technology, and higher education before finding her passion for guiding nonprofits through transformational change and strategic technology decisions in order to better serve their constituents.

Kaia holds 8 Salesforce certifications in addition to being both a certified Scrum Master and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

In her personal life, she enjoys sailing, cycling, and traveling.
