Julia Gluck, SHRM-CP (she/her), is the Human Resources Director at Cloud for Good and a people operations leader with more than 10 years of experience supporting high-growth companies and mid-sized startups. She partners with employees and leaders across the U.S. and Canada to strengthen the employee experience and align people programs with business goals, with a focus on talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, HR technology, and compliance. Known for her thoughtful, steady approach, Julia is the kind of leader employees and managers trust when it matters most, bringing clarity to complex people decisions and care to day-to-day experiences.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family.
