Emily Jakubiak is passionate about enabling our clients to make processes more efficient and streamlined, focusing primarily on the importance of thorough project management, comprehensive business analysis, and prioritized change management. Prior to working in the Salesforce ecosystem, Emily worked as an “accidental admin” and conducted program evaluations and fundraising activities for youth-serving nonprofits. Emily shifted into the consulting space to bring her Salesforce knowledge and experience of nonprofit development to nonprofits as well as higher education. She holds the following Salesforce certifications: Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Education Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Sharing & Visibility Designer – and is also a Certified ScrumMaster.
