He has a track record in enterprise transformations and successful program delivery of Salesforce solutions for mission critical customers. After almost a decade of focusing on building relationships, executing high-tech strategies and process improvements, Ahmed enjoys helping non-profit organizations understand their business challenges and needs to derive solutions that makes their lives easier.  

As the Director of Professional Services in the Non-Profit Practice, Ahmed likes to lead with a customer-first mindset to drive continuous improvements and is known to be a trusted advisor. At Cloud for Good, he is passionate about adding transformative value through Salesforce for non-profit organizations looking to make an impact for the people they help around the world. 

In his free time, Ahmed enjoys traveling, hiking, participating in sporting activities and spending time with his family.
