Technical Architect in India

Role Overview 

The Technical Architect is a hands-on leadership role responsible for designing comprehensive, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. This role involves guiding delivery teams through technically complex implementations while ensuring adherence to high-quality standards. The Technical Architect plays a pivotal role in aligning technical design with business objectives, driving innovation, and maintaining consistency across multiple Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and projects. 

Experience: 8–12 years 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST) 

Reporting To: Director / VP Delivery

Chargeability – 80% 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end Salesforce architectures that are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance across multiple Salesforce Clouds and organizational contexts. 
  • Client Engagement: Lead complex technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and ensure solutions align with desired business outcomes and compliance requirements. 
  • Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, junior architects, and other technical staff across various CoEs, fostering technical growth and best practices adherence. 
  • Standards & Governance: Define, enforce, and review coding standards, integration principles, DevOps processes, and security protocols to ensure consistency and technical excellence. 
  • Cross-CoE Collaboration: Work closely with CoE leaders to maintain architectural consistency, promote innovation, and support complex multi-cloud or multi-org Salesforce deployments. 
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical risk assessments to uphold delivery quality and mitigate issues proactively. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in Salesforce solution architecture, design, and enterprise delivery leadership. 
  • Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, and others, along with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and security models. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale, multi-cloud, multi-org, or enterprise Salesforce implementations. 
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential or equivalent certifications highly preferred. 
  • Proven ability to lead and influence diverse technical teams and effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Expertise in Salesforce integration architectures, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven models. 
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices within Salesforce environments, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. 
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security best practices relevant to Salesforce deployments. 
  • Experience working in agile project delivery environments and familiarity with modern project management tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
