The Learning and Development Program Manager is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, and delivery of talent development curriculum at Cloud for Good. The role has a particular focus on our Talent for Good apprenticeship program, including mentoring and leading the intensive training programs for our Consultant Analysts. We see this role as critical in its impact on Cloud for Good’s employee engagement and in enabling overall business success. Use your passion for learning delivery to create, deliver, and maintain content and trainings to elevate the skills of team members across the organization.
Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.

What You Will Do
- Lead and project manage Cloud for Good’s learning and development curriculum and programming
- Continuously improve the vision and direction for facilitated training and ongoing learning and development experiences
- Design training (curriculum content, duration, delivery) to meet role requirements in partnership with cross functional teams
- Leverage both available market training resources (e.g., Trailhead) and in-house expertise (e.g., day to day expectations of a junior Cloud for Good developer) in training design
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to successfully rollout talent development across Cloud for Good
- Develop and implement assessment frameworks
- Lead implementation of training across multiple cohorts and Salesforce roles
- Deliver trainings on time and within budget
- Achieve KPIs for the Talent for Good program, including retention, exam pass rates, training graduation rates, and positive feedback from delivery teams
- Mentor and lead apprentices on their Cloud for Good journey
- Serve as an expert in training opportunities, provide feedback on how the program can improve and evolve over time
- Take ownership and accountability for onboarding and training for all new hires
- Manage the Learning & Development Coordinator
- Serve as subject matter expert for Cloud for Good’s myTrailhead and Learning & Development SharePoint sites
- Create recorded training sessions for continued or refresher education
- Participate in Talent for Good recruitment processes
- Perpetually contribute to the betterment of Cloud for Good
What You Need
- At least 3 years training and development experience
- An inherent passion and desire to innovate and teach others
- Understand the various types of learning styles and be able to address these learning styles while training
- 2+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, passionate about the power of Salesforce
- Salesforce System Administrator certified

- Professional services or consulting experience would also be beneficial
