Talent for Good Account Manager in the USA or Canada

The TFG Account Manager will be responsible for growing our contract-to-hire business on the Talent for Good team. The Account Manager is responsible for both additional sales and delivery of this business line. This includes defining product offerings and strategy, operating model definition, and service delivery.  The Manager engages with our clients through both direct contract execution as well as value added services.  

Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the USA. 

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship. 

Travel: 10-20%

Responsibilities

  • Account Management 
    • Managing customer satisfaction and growth in the accounts 
    • Drive Client participation at Dreamforce, other salesforce events, and cloud for good marketing opportunities 
    • Meets or exceeds customer retention and satisfaction targets and provides exceptional customer service 
    • Works with clients and Consultant Analysts to anticipate contract risks and resolve issues 
    • Consistently meets deadlines and achieves 100% client satisfaction   
  • Sales & Marketing Contributions 
    • Contact and connect with prospective customers to establish customer needs, hiring cycles, and build a customer intimate relationship 
    • Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers 
    • Partners with the sales team to win new business 
    • Partners with Marketing to develop value propositions and sales collateral  
    • Educates sales team and leadership on the value proposition of our Talent as a Service business 
    • Responsible for driving growth in the business  
  • Service Delivery Management & Leadership 
    • Supports the development of scalable implementation models to support Cloud for Good’s client base  
    • Monitors and messages internal expectations on key business metrics such as delivery of service, client satisfaction, and system performance   
    • Gather feedback and best practices from client engagements to improve and refine Cloud for Good’s Contract-to-Hire offering 
    • Acts as a role model for Cloud for Good’s culture and values  
    • Collaborates with all functional areas of the business to ensure effective knowledge sharing and team participation in Cloud for Good’s growth  
    • Meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets  
  • Talent Management 
    • Responsible for program metrics and staffing 
    • Participates in hiring processes for new Consultant Analysts  

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements   

  • Demonstrated experience managing clients and upselling / growing accounts   
  • Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem is highly preferred 
  • Experience working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience 
  • Experience in project and portfolio management
