Talent Acquisition Partner in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking a driven, resourceful, and highly organized Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage full life cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer stage. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and is comfortable owning multiple searches at once. While Salesforce recruiting experience is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your ability to identify great talent, manage processes efficiently, and partner closely with our hiring teams. 

You will play a critical role in building Cloud for Good’s #BestTeamEver by sourcing top talent, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring smooth coordination across the hiring process. 

Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada 

Work Authorization: Virtual: Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting 
  • Own the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing pipelines, and coordinating offers. 
  • Conduct proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build diverse and qualified talent pools. 
  • Post job descriptions across  LinkedIn and relevant job boards. 
  • Conduct phone/video screens to evaluate skills, experience, and candidate motivation. 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and next steps with hiring managers. 
  • Provide a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process. 
  • Track and manage open roles, pipelines, and activity in the ATS; run reports as needed. 
  • Brand Building & Talent Engagement 
  • Craft personalized outreach messages to engage both active and passive candidates. 
  • Promote Cloud for Good’s employer brand and #BestTeamEver culture across platforms—especially on LinkedIn. 
  • Participate in virtual events, career videos, or recruiting-related content. 
  • Help maintain Cloud for Good’s LinkedIn Career Page and related content. 
  • Represent Cloud for Good at tech or Salesforce community events (virtual or in person, as needed). 
  • Collaboration & Alignment 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the Director of Talent Acquisition to understand role requirements and refine search strategies. 
  • Work with Director of Talent Acquisition to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment priorities with organizational goals. 
  • Create a smooth transition from the interview process to onboarding for candidates who join Cloud for Good. 
  • Stay current on industry and (optional but preferred) Salesforce ecosystem trends. 
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 
  • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed the following KPIs: 
  • Offer Acceptance Rate – quality and alignment of candidates presented 
  • New Hire Starts – successful and timely onboarding of hired candidates 
  • Screens/Interviews Conducted – volume and quality of candidate assessments 
  • Sourcing Activity – LinkedIn Recruiter InMails sent and response rates 
  • Pipeline Health – maintaining strong, diverse, high-quality funnels for priority roles 
  • Time-to-Fill – ability to efficiently move candidates through the full hiring lifecycle 
  • Candidate Experience Metrics – professionalism, responsiveness, and candidate feedback 

 

Required abilities / experience / education: 

  • 2-4 years of proven success as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar full life cycle recruiting role. 
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and recruiting Salesforce talent (nice to have but not required). 
  • Experience recruiting in roles in sales, tech, consulting, or professional services. 
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives working independently. 
  • Strong sourcing expertise, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and passive talent outreach. 
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple roles in a fast-moving environment. 
  • Outstanding communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. 
  • Experience coordinating interviews, managing candidate pipelines, and communicating updates promptly. 
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and initiative—a true self-starter who anticipates next steps. 
  • Strong customer service orientation with both candidates and internal stakeholders. 
  • Experience working across multiple levels of staff, including executives. 
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; Salesforce ATS experience is a plus but not required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Travel Requirements 
    • All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation. 
  • Work Environment 
    • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone). 
  • Client Time Zone Alignment 
    • As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
