Cloud for Good is seeking experienced technology professionals to lead Salesforce implementation projects with nonprofit organizations or higher education institutions. Successful candidates will be highly experienced in deploying Salesforce solutions and ideally have nonprofit or higher education industry experience.
To be successful on client projects, Senior Project Managers will have strong Salesforce implementation knowledge across a variety of Clouds and/or functionalities, as well as one or more demonstrated areas of expertise. They will also have strong consulting skills, such as project and time management and collaboration. Because most of the work of the Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst is client-facing, communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people are particularly important. The ability to collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is also critical for success.
Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Salesforce certified
- Strong Salesforce implementation knowledge
- Experience leading discovery sessions, writing user stories and as a business analyst
- Experience leading or project managing Salesforce implementations (minimum 3 years of experience preferred; agile methodology experience preferred)
- Strong consulting skills, including project and time management, communication, and teamwork/collaboration
- Experience managing a budget and resource planning
- Understanding of common business processes for nonprofits (major gift processing, moves management, and volunteer hour tracking) or higher education (executive education program management, student retention, recruitment and admissions, and advancement)
- Demonstrated success in leading a project larger than $300k and/or managing a team of 4 or more
- Proven ability to run Discovery sessions, gather requirements, prioritize and manage backlog
- Scrum certification an asset or experience leading teams in an Agile environment
- Proven track record of continuously improving organizations

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 1 or 2 simultaneous Salesforce implementations
- Work collaboratively with Solution Architect, Developers and Configurators to determine appropriate solutions or options that will satisfy the client’s business needs
- Run Scrum Ceremonies, manage backlog, prioritize stories, determine team velocity, and escalate issues and risks with the Product Owner and relevant stakeholders
- Write User Stories and acceptance criteria, support team and Product Owner in prioritizing backlog
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate knowledge of NPSP
- Lead implementation solutions in multiple Clouds and conduct proactive QA on the team’s solutions
- Serve as first escalation point for clients; provide internal and external status updates; manage budget and scope; facilitate internal and external meetings; report on project status to internal leadership; monitor and mitigate project risks
- Show a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Provide informal mentorship, and facilitate knowledge-sharing and growth opportunities to less experienced consultants
- Deliver project assignments on time and within budget
