Sales Operations Coordinator in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Sales Operations Coordinator to join our growing Revenue Operations team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow a career in Sales Operations while making a positive impact through mission-driven work. The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within our Salesforce CRM, assisting in scheduling and calendar coordination, generating reports, and supporting the broader sales and go-to-market teams with operational excellence.  

Location: Virtual, home office in US or Canada  

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Resident of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.  

Travel: 10-20%  

Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization. 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for improving sales and marketing processes. 
  • Maintain the accuracy and cleanliness of our Salesforce data, including account, opportunity, and contact records. 
  • Run and distribute regular reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership teams. 
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, internal reviews, and coordinating calendars across departments. 
  • Support lead management and routing processes, ensuring timely follow-up and ownership. 
  • Monitor sales activity and pipeline hygiene, flagging areas for improvement. 
  • Help document and refine sales processes and standard operating procedures. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales team as needed. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role. Preferrable with a professional services organization similar to Cloud for Good.  
  • Strong experience working with the Salesforce platform. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable working with data. 
  • Good understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations processes and systems including Sales cycles, CRM, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas. 
  • Experience with quantitative analysis and modeling, showcasing complex information into easily consumable insights. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, shifting to new tasks as needed to improve revenue. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 
  • Experience working in a remote environment. 
  • Exposure to reporting tools like Salesforce dashboards, Tableau, or MS office suite, specifically Excel. 
  • Familiarity with SaaS, consulting, or professional services organizations. 
  • Passion for mission-driven work and interest in nonprofit or higher education sectors.
