Salesforce Recruiter in the US or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking an energetic full life cycle Salesforce Recruiter to attract, recruit, and hire new Salesforce talent for Cloud for Good. The Recruiter should have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and providing a strong pipeline of diverse candidates for Salesforce roles. Experience sourcing passive talent, working with recent college graduates, and facilitating hiring processes is a must. The most competitive candidates will have the ability to promote Cloud for Good’s #BestTeamEver employer brand and ensure we have the absolute best people on our team.

Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada 

Travel: Maximum 5-10% 

Responsibilities:  

  • Source and engage a competitive talent pool for job openings
    • Source potential candidates from LinkedIn, Salesforce communities and other niche platforms to create diverse pipelines of candidates
    • Write and post job descriptions on Cloud for Good’s website, LinkedIn, and other platforms
    • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience, reflecting Cloud for Good’s values
    • Screen resumes and applications
    • Perform screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities, skills, and interest
    • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with the People & Operations team, as well as hiring managers across the organization
    • Forecast hiring needs and goals
    • Manage job openings, pipelines, and recruitment reporting
  • Promote Cloud for Good’s employer brand
    • Participate in virtual recruiting events, Cloud for Good career videos, or related media
    • Help manage Cloud for Good’s LinkedIn Career Page and content
    • Participate in tech or Salesforce conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
    • Promote Cloud for Good’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Support new hire onboarding, as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce trends, products, certifications
  • Serve as an energetic ambassador of Cloud for Good’s #BestTeamEver brand internally and externally, and especially on LinkedIn

 
Required Abilities / Experience / Education: 

  • Proven track record as a successful Salesforce recruiter
  • Knowledge of Salesforce community and key recruiting pockets of potential
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques utilizing LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (virtual, panel, etc)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Salesforce consulting roles including but not limited to cloud consultants, developers, integration specialists, etc.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including ability to manage an array of candidates, scheduling demands, and open positions
  • Experience engaging and recruiting passive candidates
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion in recruitment
  • Experience working with executive teams and across all staff levels required
  • Being a self-starter is a must: professional, reliable, responsive, and ability to anticipate needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Must be a team player and able to work effectively independently
  • Industry experience in nonprofit and/or higher education is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
