Cloud for Good is looking for a self-motivated individual to manage the creation of proposals in response to client RFPs. This role is responsible for coordinating all administrative aspects of assembling the necessary content from multiple stakeholders for successful proposal creation. Location: Virtual, Home-based office in the US or Canada
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate, applicable work experience required
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience managing, writing, and coordinating professional services RFP/RFI proposals
- Adept at influencing cross-functional stakeholders of varying work styles from every level of an organization toward a target outcome
- Ability to hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and outcomes
- Delivers effective written communications that are concise, information, and provoke action
- Adept at project managing several proposals in a high-volume, face-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Deadline and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Experience with Salesforce required; experience in Salesforce professional services/consulting a plus
- Nonprofit and/or higher education industry knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Work across Cloud for Good sales, services, and marketing teams to project manage the development of proposals including coordinating internal flow and review of all proposal inputs to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client expectations and requirements
- Develop and manage timelines for submission
- Use problem-solving skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues in order to ensure timely completion of responses
- Develop and maintain our knowledge base of boilerplate language, past responses, graphics, and other reusable content to streamline the proposal writing process and improve efficiency
- Proofread and edit written documents and provides ideas, suggestions, and concept development to enhance proposals
- Remain current with the company’s solutions, products, and messaging to ensure competitive advantage is clearly communicated
