We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Practice Lead – AI and Data Cloud to lead the strategy, design, and execution of innovative solutions across Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI domains. This individual will play a key leadership role in shaping market-ready offerings, driving strategic account development, and building reusable assets and IP that deliver measurable client value and competitive differentiation.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep domain expertise, business acumen, and execution excellence, with a proven track record in building go-to-market motions, developing high-impact solutions, and enabling sales and delivery teams across industries. Experience with Nonprofit Cloud and Education Cloud is a plus.
Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada. East Coast (EST) preferred.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, product management, or solution development, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or cloud/data/AI technologies
- Experience delivering consulting and asset development offshore
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, with a foundational understanding of enterprise AI applications and the broader AI landscape
- Proven ability to develop and launch new offerings and drive go-to-market initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
- Demonstrated success in account development, solution selling, and asset creation
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Main Responsibilities
Offering Development & GTM Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of offerings across Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI – from ideation and market analysis to development, packaging, and launch
- Define and execute GTM strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and sales priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Industry and technical groups, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) to bring solutions to market effectively and at scale
Asset & IP Creation
- Lead the development of reusable solution components, accelerators, reference architectures, and delivery toolkits
- Establish scalable methods to capture learnings from engagements and feed them back into offerings and assets
- Ensure assets support differentiation, repeatability, and delivery quality
Account & Market Development
- Partner with client teams to identify and develop strategic accounts where Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI can drive transformational outcomes
- Support field enablement with playbooks, value propositions, and client engagement models to drive pipeline and deal conversion
- Represent offerings in executive client discussions, industry forums, and thought leadership initiatives
- Participate in pre-sales solutioning and scoping to support the implementation of Data Cloud and AI solutions
Solution Leadership & Innovation
- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert across Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI
- Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to continuously evolve offerings
- Act as a subject matter expert to support delivery teams during project escalations related to Data Cloud and AI functionality
- Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Success Metrics
- Growth of pipeline and revenue tied to Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI offerings
- Number and quality of market-ready assets, accelerators, and IP created
- Adoption and utilization of offerings across target accounts and regions
- Internal enablement of team members
- Delivery of items contributing to market recognition and thought leadership impact, including white papers, webinars, and conference presentations

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.

- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
- Client Time Zone Alignment
- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
