Practice Lead – Agentforce & AI in the USA or Canada

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Practice Lead – Agentforce & AI to lead the strategy, delivery, and innovation of AI-powered solutions built on Salesforce Agentforce and the broader AI ecosystem. This individual will play a critical leadership role in guiding strategic implementations, supporting presales and offering development, and building reusable assets and intellectual property that enable scalable delivery and measurable client outcomes. 

Reporting to the Practice Director of AI & Data Services, this role will focus on advancing Cloud for Good’s capabilities in AI-driven automation, intelligent agents, and next-generation service experiences, while enabling delivery teams and supporting go-to-market initiatives across industries. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce and AI expertise with strong leadership, delivery experience, and a passion for innovation. 

Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada. East Coast (EST) preferred. 

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.

Qualifications and Education Requirements 

  • 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, or product development, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem 
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce platform technologies, with experience in Agentforce, AI capabilities, automation, and digital service solutions 
  • Experience designing and delivering AI-driven solutions, intelligent automation, or conversational technologies 
  • Proven ability to develop and launch new offerings and support go-to-market initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations 
  • Strong experience leading delivery teams and supporting enterprise-scale implementations 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Clouds such as Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Public sector Solutions, Nonprofit Cloud, or Education Cloud 
  • Experience working with emerging AI technologies such as generative AI, large language models, AI orchestration tools, and automation frameworks 
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills 

 

Main Responsibilities 

AI Solution Leadership & Innovation 

  • Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered service experiences 
  • Provide technical leadership and enablement to implementation teams on Agentforce capabilities, AI-driven automation, and emerging AI solutions 
  • Monitor industry trends and the evolving AI landscape to continuously evolve Cloud for Good’s offerings and capabilities 
  • Support delivery teams during escalations related to Agentforce implementations, AI integrations, and intelligent automation 
  • Lead and mentor a community of AI and Agentforce specialists, supporting capability development and skills growth 
  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement 

 

Offering Development & Go-To-Market Strategy 

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, partnerships, and industry teams to define AI-driven solutions aligned with market demand 
  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Agentforce and AI offerings from ideation and market analysis through development, packaging, and launch 
  • Develop repeatable implementation frameworks, reference architectures, and solution patterns 
  • Partner with GTM leadership to ensure offerings align with customer needs, sales strategy, and emerging technology trends 
  • Enable internal teams through training, documentation, and best practices 

 

Asset & IP Development 

  • Lead the development of reusable accelerators, AI agent frameworks, integration patterns, and delivery toolkits 
  • Create scalable processes to capture learnings from client engagements and convert them into reusable assets 
  • Ensure solutions are designed to support repeatability, scalability, and delivery quality 
  • Drive innovation initiatives that result in differentiated intellectual property and competitive advantages 

 

Delivery Leadership 

  • Provide guidance and architectural oversight for Agentforce and AI implementations 
  • Support delivery teams with solution design, architecture reviews, and complex problem resolution 
  • Ensure implementations follow best practices for AI governance, security, and scalability 
  • Maintain alignment between solution innovation and real-world delivery execution 

 

Account & Market Development 

  • Partner with project teams to identify strategic opportunities where Agentforce and AI technologies can drive transformational outcomes 
  • Support pre-sales activities including solution design, scoping, and client presentations 
  • Provide enablement for consulting teams including AI solution playbooks, value propositions, and implementation frameworks 
  • Represent Cloud for Good in industry discussions, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives related to AI and automation 

 

Success Indicators 

  • Number and quality of AI solution assets, accelerators, and reusable IP created 
  • Adoption and utilization of AI offerings across target accounts and regions 
  • Internal enablement and skill development across delivery teams 
  • Contribution to thought leadership, including white papers, webinars, and industry presentations 

 

Targets for 2026 

  • Generate at least $3m in revenue from projects including Agentforce or AI-driven solutions started or completed in 2026  
  • Maintain a 65% billable quota 
  • Creation of two Agentforce or AI implementation assets/IP 
  • Development of Agentforce/AI implementation methodology and best practices, with enablement of delivery teams

  • Travel Requirements  
    • All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.  
  • Work Environment  
    • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).  
  • Client Time Zone Alignment  
    • As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
