Marketing Coordinator in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is looking for a self-motivated individual to support the marketing team. This role will be responsible for marketing-related sales support, projects, and customer satisfaction follow-up. This is a great opportunity to experience and contribute to both marketing and partnership roles at a leading Salesforce consulting partner while making a direct impact supporting sales at Cloud for Good.   

Location: Virtual, Home-based office in the US or Canada (preferred to work Eastern Hours)   

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship. 

Travel: 10-20% 

Key Skills:  

  • A basic understanding of Salesforce 
  • An ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects at once 
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset 
  • Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders through various channels including email, phone, video conferences, and in-person 
  • Experience within the nonprofit or higher education sectors, a plus  
  • Ability to research and present on a variety of topics, including competitive analysis and organization background information  

 

Marketing Responsibilities:  

Our Marketing Team promotes Cloud for Good services to nonprofit and education clients; from social media to customer success stories, managing the website and long-form content. Marketing is also the first contact with inbound sales leads with our organization.   

  • Communicate with inbound leads, and assign to Sales team based on territory maps 
  • Conduct a first review for internal and external documentation for formatting, compliance with brand standards, etc. before passing to the Marketing Director 
  • Conduct market research and present findings internally  
  • Lead generation activities as needed
  • Contribute to partnership or marketing campaigns that consistently provide Cloud for Good with new marketing opportunities to generate new leads 
  • Develop and manage the Cloud for Good social media strategy including YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Track and analyze KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Assist in budget management, invoice processing, CRM management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organized documentation of marketing materials and assets.
  • Other related duties as requested.
