Innovation Hub Lead in India

Role Overview 

We are seeking an Innovation Lead to drive the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and IP that enhance and accelerate Salesforce solution delivery. This role will oversee multiple concurrent innovation initiatives — ensuring they are executed with quality, speed, and alignment to strategic priorities. 

Working closely with the VP of Technical Services and cross-functional delivery teams, the Innovation Lead will shape and execute the asset development roadmap — balancing near-term delivery impact with long-term strategic vision. The leader will also collaborate with delivery teams to continuously learn from live client deployments — identifying what works, what doesn’t, and how our assets can evolve for maximum client success. 

Experience: 8–12 years 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST) 

Reporting To: Director / VP Delivery

Chargeability – 80% 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Oversight & Delivery 

  • Lead and coordinate multiple innovation and asset development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. 
  • Translate the innovation roadmap into actionable delivery plans, ensuring successful execution against defined milestones. 
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to technical teams, acting as the bridge between technical contributors and business objectives. 
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. 

Product Management Approach 

  • Apply product management principles to asset development — from requirements definition and backlog management to release planning and adoption strategies. 
  • Define clear success criteria, KPIs, and impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of innovation projects. 
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure developed assets are usable, scalable, and deliver measurable business value in client implementations. 
  • Manage versioning, release notes, and ongoing maintenance of released assets to ensure sustained adoption and improvement. 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Partner cross-functionally with delivery teams to capture feedback from real-world deployments, understanding what works well, and where assets need refinement. 
  • Leverage these learnings to inform future enhancements and accelerate field adoption. 
  • Work closely with architects, technical leads, and delivery managers to align innovation outcomes with evolving client and market needs. 
  • Communicate project status, outcomes, and business impact effectively to executives and stakeholders. 
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technical organization. 

Strategic Planning & Roadmap Execution 

  • Partner with the VP of Technical Services to define, prioritize, and execute the Innovation & Asset Development Roadmap. 
  • Manage the intake and prioritization of new innovation ideas, balancing short-term delivery acceleration with long-term capability building. 
  • Continuously evaluate roadmap progress and adjust priorities based on business value, feedback, and emerging opportunities. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation, reusability, and scalable delivery models within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 8–12 years of experience in Salesforce solution delivery, product management, or innovation program leadership. 
  • Proven experience leading asset or IP development initiatives within a technology or consulting environment. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, delivery lifecycle, and DevOps processes. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution.

Preferred Skills 

  • Salesforce AI certifications or specialization in Einstein Analytics or Mulesoft integrations with AI. 
  • Experience in developing intelligent workflows, predictive analytics, and automation frameworks on Salesforce. 
  • Familiarity with data science, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications. 
  • Strong ability to build innovation roadmaps and translate visionary ideas into scalable solutions. 
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques for innovation delivery.
