Field Marketing Manager in the USA or Canada

As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the primary driver to execute integrated marketing campaigns supporting our organization’s event strategy. You will be responsible for ideating, facilitating, and executing event campaigns that drive demand generation, upsell within existing accounts, promote customer retention, and increase brand recognition for our market-leading technology services. This is a great opportunity to experience and contribute to both marketing and partnership roles at a leading Salesforce consulting partner while making a direct impact supporting revenue growth at Cloud for Good.     

Location: Virtual, Home-based office in the US or Canada     

Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa sponsorship.   

Travel: 10-20%   

Key Skills:    

  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products, with a focus on their application in nonprofit, education, and public technology sectors.  
  • Demonstrated proficiency in campaign orchestration, message optimization, and navigating persona and buying cycles. 
  • Proven track record in refining event programs based on performance metrics, sales insights, and business needs. 
  • Adeptness in sales automation/CRM systems like Salesforce for reporting and campaign functionalities. 
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple initiatives, campaigns, and deliverables concurrently, with a strong ability to prioritize effectively. 
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and proactively to troubleshoot issues and take ownership of tools and processes. 
  • Ability to work with event speakers and participants at all levels. 
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums, including email, phone, video conferences, and face-to-face interactions with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Preferred experience in nonprofit or higher education sectors, offering additional insight and understanding of sector-specific dynamics.  


Marketing Responsibilities:
   

  • Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities, evaluating sponsorship opportunities based on Cloud for Good’s objectives and target audience. 
  • Lead and manage all aspects of events, including strategy development, objective setting, material creation, event messaging and marketing, signage, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, speaker relationships, site selection, registration management, agenda scheduling, staffing coordination, on-site production, F&B logistics, and post-event evaluation. 
  • Develop and implement integrated event promotional campaigns leveraging email marketing, social media, and other relevant channels. 
  • Track and analyze the results of all event campaign activities, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), assessing financial returns, ROI, and planning implications, and effectively communicating findings to key stakeholders. 
  • Create and maintain a budget tracker to forecast expenditures and ensure alignment with current spending. 
  • Conduct comprehensive post-event and campaign evaluations, performing detailed ROI analyses, and presenting findings and recommendations to sales and marketing teams. 
  • Conduct quarterly budget reviews and ROI analyses, adjusting strategies as necessary based on insights gained.
