Cloud for Good is seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly operational Director of GTM Enablement to build and lead the programs, content, tools, and processes that elevate performance across our entire Go-To-Market organization. The Director, GTM Enablement will report to the VP, Revenue Operations and partner closely with leaders across Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Services.
This role supports leaders and individual contributors across Sales, Solution Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Operations and will play a critical role in enabling the team with knowledge, assets, and methodologies needed to excel in a fast-growing, mission-driven Salesforce consulting practice.
This role will architect and execute an enablement strategy that ensures every member of the GTM team is skilled, prepared, aligned, and equipped to hit their targets. This includes onboarding, continuous learning, content and messaging, tools and processes, readiness for product/solution launches, and leadership enablement. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of designing and executing effective GTM enablement strategies and programs within the Salesforce services ecosystem, building repeatable sales processes, and supporting high-performing teams in achieving exceptional quota attainment.

Skills, Qualifications, and Education Requirements
- Director, GTM Enablement
- 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue enablement, sales operations, sales training, GTM leadership, or similar roles within a technology professional services or SaaS organization
- Proven experience building and owning enablement strategy, not just delivering training.
- Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales motions, pre-sales, alliances, and marketing alignment.
- Experience enabling teams selling Salesforce services strongly preferred
- Experience enabling both individual contributors and leaders
- Proven ability to build enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity
- Sales Content, Training & Tools:
- Demonstrated success developing onboarding programs, ongoing training, playbooks, templates, and sales assets
- Strong understanding of Salesforce’s GTM motions, partner ecosystem, and co-selling strategies
- Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, Value Selling) and CRM/sales tools
- Strategic & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Ability to collaborate and influence across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery organizations
- Strong operational, analytical, and process design skills
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive adoption, and execute at pace.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute GTM Enablement Strategy:
- Partner with the VP, Revenue Operations and the CRO to build and deliver a comprehensive, unified GTM enablement strategy aligned with Cloud for Good’s growth goals.
- Partner closely with the CRO, VP RevOps, and GTM leaders to identify performance gaps, capability needs, and enablement priorities.
- Design frameworks that improve seller confidence, productivity, message consistency, and win rates.
- Design & Deliver Onboarding & Continuous Learning Programs:
- Own end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires across all GTM functions.
- Create and manage onboarding processes for new members of the Sales, Solution Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams to ensure rapid ramping and consistent readiness.
- Develop structured learning paths, role-based curriculums, and other continuous learning and development programs.
- Schedule and deliver regular training programs, including product/solution updates, sales skills training, best practices, and new GTM motions.
- Ensure continuous learning is embedded via refreshers, workshops, micro-learnings, and coaching rhythms.
- Build and Maintain Sales Playbooks:
- Develop and maintain industry-, role-, and product-specific playbooks, competitive positioning, objection handling, case studies, and templates.
- Leadership Enablement:
- Coach frontline and senior GTM leaders on tools, processes, and methods to accelerate their own and their team’s performance.
- Build leadership playbooks and operating rhythms in partnership with RevOps and the CRO.
- Support Pre-Sales Excellence:
- Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, and Services teams to refine scoping, demo approaches, pitch narratives, and value-based selling motions.
- Content & Asset Management:
- Own the creation, maintenance, and accessibility of sales content and assets in alignment with Marketing and Services teams.
- Sales Tools Optimization:
- Working closely with Sales Ops, improve usage and effectiveness of Salesforce CRM, sales productivity tools, and enablement platforms.
- Sales Metrics & Insights:
- Establish KPIs for enablement programs and measure their impact on sales performance; provide reporting and recommendations to Sales leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Services to ensure alignment on messaging, GTM initiatives, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Sales Meeting & Event Leadership:
- Lead the planning and execution of sales trainings, SKO sessions, quarterly enablement deep dives, and ongoing sales team communication.
- Culture & Leadership:
- Support a high-performance sales culture through enablement programs, coaching resources, and aligned processes.
- Serve as a role model for Cloud for Good’s mission, values, and commitment to the social good community.

- Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually.
