Role Overview
This leader will establish and scale DevOps and Quality Assurance capabilities for Salesforce delivery — focusing on automation, reliability, and release velocity. The role combines technology leadership with process governance and people development.
Experience: 8–12 years
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)
Reporting To: Director / VP Delivery
Chargeability – 80%
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Gearset, Jenkins, or SFDX.
- Define release management frameworks and deployment automation standards.
- Drive automated testing adoption across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Implement governance and metrics for release success and defect prevention.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure quality and compliance at every stage.
- Mentor DevOps and QA professionals to strengthen end-to-end delivery excellence.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years in Salesforce DevOps, QA, or release management.
- Deep knowledge of SFDX, Git, Jenkins, and automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automated functional and regression testing.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
