Development Lead in India

Role Overview 

The Development Practice Lead will be a CoE leader will drive end-to-end Salesforce build expertise — spanning declarative tools (Custom / Configuration / Flows / OmniStudio) to complex Apex and Lightning Web Components. This leader will guide a team of developers and consultants, ensuring delivery excellence, scalability, and innovation across every build. 

Experience: 8–12 years 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST) 

Reporting To: Director, Developers 

Chargeability – 80% 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead a high-performing team delivering Salesforce customizations, configurations, and automation. 
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, reusable frameworks, and version control practices. 
  • Partner with global solution and delivery teams to design scalable architectures. 
  • Coach and mentor talent across skill levels; build a culture of continuous learning. 
  • Contribute to pre-sales, estimation, and technical solutioning efforts. 
  • Promote collaboration, delivery quality, and team retention across India GDC. 

Qualifications 

  • 8–12 years in Salesforce development, including 3+ years in leadership. 
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio. 
  • Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices. 
  • Salesforce certifications such as PD II or OmniStudio Developer preferred. 
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
