The Delivery Excellence Specialist is part of the Shared Services team, focused on documenting and enabling excellence across sales and delivery at Cloud for Good. Successful candidates will be experienced in delivering Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and/or higher education organizations. They are driven to contribute to our resources and processes to enable the #bestteamever.
Location: Virtual Home-based office in the USA or Canada.
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa Sponsorship.
Travel: Maximum 10%
Responsibilities
- Maintain and curate content on the intranet site to ensure all resources are current and relevant.
- Organize and categorize the training library and knowledge exchange in SharePoint for easy navigation.
- Coordinate training sessions for employees on best practices.
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining best practices for easy access by all employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document best practices in service delivery and sales operations.
- Collect insights from team members on effective practices.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives.
- Contribute to internal initiatives for continuous improvement in sales and services methodologies and operational processes.
- Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of processes and tools.
- Monitor the adoption of changes and assess their effectiveness, iterate as necessary.
- Serve as a role model for Cloud for Good’s culture and values, demonstrating excellence, good judgement, and resourcefulness at all times.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce professional service delivery
- Experience in project coordination
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Experience working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions is preferred
- Passion for organization, resource sharing, and process improvement
