The Delivery Excellence Lead is part of the Shared Services team, focused on documenting and enabling excellence across sales and delivery at Cloud for Good. Successful candidates will be experienced in delivering Salesforce solutions for nonprofit and/or higher education organizations. They have strong business analysis and project management skills and are experienced at establishing new processes and systems.
Location: Virtual Home-based office in the USA or Canada.
Work Authorization: Citizens or Permanent Residents of the USA or Canada. Cannot provide Visa Sponsorship.
Travel: Maximum 20%
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document best practices in service delivery and sales operations.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to collect insights from team members on effective practices.
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining best practices for easy access by all employees.
- Lead internal initiatives for continuous improvement in sales methodologies and operational processes.
- Set measurable goals for internal initiatives and track progress against these objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to make data-driven adjustments to initiatives.
- Prepare and present initiatives to senior leadership, articulating benefits and securing buy-in for process enhancements.
- Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives.
- Design and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.
- Provide training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to employees on new practices.
- Monitor the adoption of changes and assess their effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain and curate content on the intranet site to ensure all resources are current and relevant.
- Organize and categorize the training library in SharePoint for easy navigation.
- Serve as a role model for Cloud for Good’s culture and values, mentoring colleagues in these principles.
- Encourage team members to embody the organization’s values in their work and interactions.
- Act as an expert in CFG methodology and Salesforce solutions, providing guidance to teams.
- Conduct regular training sessions or workshops to share knowledge on CFG methodologies.
- Identify areas for organizational improvement and proactively propose solutions.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance effectiveness.
- Gather client feedback to inform process improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce professional service delivery
- Experienced in change management and quality assurance
- Experience in project management
- Expert in Agile methodologies
- Salesforce.com administrator certification
- Experience working with nonprofits and/or higher education institutions
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing professional services best practices
