Creative Coordinator in India

The Creative Coordinator plays a critical role in elevating Cloud for Good’s visual communication across client-facing and internal initiatives. This role is responsible for transforming strategic content into polished, executive-ready presentations, professionally formatted documents, compelling digital assets, and engaging video content. 

Working closely with Sales, Services, and Marketing teams, the Creative Coordinator ensures that all materials are visually cohesive, brand-aligned, and delivered with precision. This is a production-intensive role requiring mastery of PowerPoint and Word, strong graphic design capability in Canva, and hands-on video editing experience. 

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India 

Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST) 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Presentation & Document Production (Primary Focus) 

    • Design and build high-impact client presentations in PowerPoint from outlines, raw content, or draft materials. 
    • Develop executive-level internal decks for leadership updates, trainings, and company-wide communication. 
    • Format and structure complex Word documents including RFP responses, Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and proposals. 
    • Create and maintain branded templates for presentations and proposal documentation. 
    • Ensure precision in layout, typography, alignment, spacing, and visual hierarchy across all deliverables. 
    • Maintain strict adherence to brand standards while elevating visual storytelling. 

     

    Sales & Services Enablement 

    • Partner with Sales teams to enhance RFP submissions and proposal documents through professional formatting and structured design. 
    • Support Services teams in refining and formatting client-facing materials and solution presentations. 
    • Translate technical, strategic, or dense content into clear, visually structured formats. 

     

    Marketing & Digital Asset Development 

    • Design infographics, blog visuals, posters, campaign graphics, LinkedIn creatives, and other social media assets using Canva. 
    • Develop branded visual assets to support thought leadership, events, and marketing initiatives. 
    • Maintain and expand a centralized library of approved templates and visual assets. 

     

    Audio-Visual & Video Editing 

    • Produce and edit short-form videos for social media and digital campaigns. 
    • Edit recorded conversations, interviews, and leadership messages for distribution across company channels. 
    • Add captions, transitions, basic motion graphics, and sound enhancements to improve engagement and clarity. 
    • Optimize video formats and outputs for various platforms including LinkedIn and website publishing. 

 

Qualifications 

Required Skills 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (master slides, structured layouts, visual storytelling, and slide architecture). 
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (complex formatting, style management, structured RFP/SOW documentation). 
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for marketing and digital asset creation. 
  • Experience using video editing tools for short-form and conversational video content. 
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout principles, and visual consistency. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and formatting precision. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

 

Preferred Skills 

  • Experience supporting Sales enablement and proposal development teams. 
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or light animation. 
  • Experience in B2B professional services environments. 
  • Exposure to nonprofit or higher education sectors is a plus.
