The Creative Coordinator plays a key role in elevating brand storytelling and ensuring visual consistency across internal and external deliverables. This position partners closely with Sales, Services, and Marketing teams to develop compelling, on-brand presentations, collateral, and digital assets that support business development, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys transforming content into visually engaging materials, and demonstrates a passion for creativity, organization, and brand alignment.
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Shift: EMEA/USA-East (1400 PM – 2300 IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Enablement
- Design and format visually compelling sales presentations (PowerPoint) and proposal templates for RFP responses (Word).
- Ensure sales collateral adheres to brand standards and elevates messaging for
prospective clients.
- Support Client Delivery
- Partner with Services teams to refine and format client-facing presentation materials.
- Maintain consistent aesthetics across slides, diagrams, and visual frameworks.
- Marketing and Brand Support
- Assist in developing digital assets, including infographics, promotional graphics, and branded templates.
- Create and edit videos for social media, campaigns, and internal storytelling
- Contribute to evolving brand guidelines to ensure alignment across creative outputs.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience using design tools such as Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to work within existing brand guidelines and visual frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for formatting and layout consistency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams — Sales, Services, or Marketing.
- Knowledge of video editing tools or motion graphics platforms.
- Familiarity with nonprofit or higher education environments is a plus.
