Cloud for Good is seeking a strategic and hands-on marketing leader to own the development, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns, while also leading the creative and content processes that bring those campaigns to life.
This role bridges campaign strategy and creative execution, ensuring that messaging, assets, and channels work together to drive pipeline, engagement, and brand consistency. You will operate at the center of marketing and sales, translating business priorities into high-performing campaigns and compelling content experiences.
Location: Virtual: Home-based office in the US or Canada. East Coast (EST) preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to priority services, industries, and revenue goals
- Partner with sales and leadership to define target audiences, messaging, and campaign themes
- Establish campaign KPIs tied to pipeline generation and business impact
Campaign Execution & Channel Management
Coordinate campaign execution across:
- Email, social, web, webinars, and thought leadership content
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination
- Ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards
Sales Alignment & Enablement
- Partner closely with sales to align campaigns to target accounts and priorities
- Develop supporting assets (one-pagers, decks, follow-ups)
- Ensure seamless experience from marketing engagement to sales handoff
Performance & Optimization
- Track campaign performance across lead generation, engagement, conversion, and pipeline
- Use insights to optimize messaging, creative, and channel mix
- Build repeatable campaign playbooks and processes
Key Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years in B2B marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns
- Experience owning campaigns from strategy through execution
- Strong creative judgment and ability to guide content and messaging
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing marketing performance
- Experience with marketing tools (CRM, email, CMS, social, webinars)
- Bonus: nonprofit, higher ed, or Salesforce ecosystem experience

Travel Requirements
- All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 30% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation.
Work Environment
- Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
Client Time Zone Alignment
- As a team member, you may be required to adjust your work hours to align with your key client’s time zone to support effective communication, collaboration, and project delivery. Flexibility and coordination with your Project Lead (Services) will help ensure success in this client-facing role.
