Oregon
Leading with curiosity, empathy, and humor, Alison (she/her) has spent her career championing higher education and nonprofit organizations to maximize their use of data and systems. With 18 years of industry experience, including 14 years within the Salesforce ecosystem and 10 of implementation consulting/customer success, Alison always looks to take lessons learned and apply them to each new customer engagement to help drive success. Her Advancement industry focus began in 2006 in Advancement Services as a Prospect Researcher and Prospect Information Specialist, and later as an Assistant Director in Major Gifts and Stewardship. In the consulting space, Alison has supported customers as a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Customer Success Architect, and Engagement Manager, focusing on understanding the business value and success metrics for her customers to ensure implementations not only utilize industry best practices, but that they enable and optimize the business processes and goals of each team and institution.
Alison is a new resident of the PNW, but is a native New Englander, also spending many years in New York City and Austin before landing in Oregon. When she is not behind her Cloud for Good keyboard, Alison can be found re-watching Star Trek episodes, reading, crafting, and attempting to control (train?) her two dogs and two cats.
