GTM Lead – AI & Data in the USA or Canada

Cloud for Good is seeking an experienced and visionary GTM Lead, AI & Data to define, build, and execute our go-to-market strategy for AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and data strategy growth across all industry verticals. This leader will be responsible for driving Cloud for Good’s AI market presence, shaping our AI value propositions, and enabling our Sales, Delivery, and Marketing organizations to grow pipeline and revenue across the each of our industries. 

This role will be foundational in establishing Cloud for Good as a leading Salesforce AI consulting partner. The GTM AI Leader will report to the CRO and work closely with Go-to-market and Services leadership.  As GTM Lead, AI & Data, you will serve as the strategic, customer-facing expert who partners with Sales to shape vision, influence executives, and accelerate pipeline in all areas of Salesforce AI and data innovation. 

Successful candidates will be experts in Salesforce AI/Agentforce/Data Cloud/Data, have deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, and demonstrate strong experience bringing new AI solutions to market through packaged offerings, messaging, partnerships, and sales motions. 

You will be the go-to pre-sales strategist for AI and Data Cloud opportunities—bringing thought leadership, shaping solution direction, differentiating our value, and helping customers understand how to leverage Salesforce’s AI ecosystem to transform their operating model. 

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy, visibility, and influence. You will partner closely with Sales, Solution Engineering, Delivery Leadership, Alliances, and Marketing to drive pipeline, win deals, and position us as a leading Salesforce AI & Data Cloud partner. 

Location: Virtual, home office in the USA or Canada.

Skills, Qualifications, and Education Requirements 

AI & Salesforce Expertise: 

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technology, including AI/Einstein, Data Cloud, GPT, predictive/ML solutions, or similar AI technologies 
  • Experience designing or selling AI-enabled consulting services or packaged offerings 
  • Strong understanding of emerging AI trends, use cases, and enterprise adoption patterns 

GTM Strategy & Leadership: 

  • Proven ability to build GTM strategies, messaging, POVs, and value propositions for new technology offerings 
  • Experience working with Salesforce field teams, product teams, and partner ecosystem 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority 

Sales & Pre-Sales Enablement: 

  • Experience creating playbooks, sales assets, demos, and frameworks to support selling AI solutions 
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and business stakeholders 
  • Strong track record of supporting deals, coaching sales teams, and increasing win rates

Main Responsibilities 

  • Build Cloud for Good’s AI & Data GTM Strategy 
    • Define and execute the overall GTM strategy for AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Data Strategy Salesforce solutions across industries. 
  • Develop AI & Data Value Propositions & Messaging 
    • Build compelling messaging, POVs, use cases, and customer journeys that articulate the business value of AI for our target markets. 
  • Create Packaged AI & Data Offerings & Assets 
    • Design repeatable service offerings, discovery frameworks, assessment tools, demos, and playbooks that enable scalable selling and delivery. 
  • Sales Motions & Pipeline Generation 
    • Drive net-new pipeline for AI & Data across all verticals by identifying whitespace, shaping demand, and creating industry-specific solution plays. 
    • Build and execute GTM motions that position our AI and Data expertise as a growth engine for the company. 
    • Support vertical teams with market insights, trends, ICP guidance, and targeted plays to open doors and expand accounts. 
  • Sales Enablement & Field Readiness 
    • Equip Account Executives and Solution Engineers with training, FAQs, competitive positioning, demo scripts, and objection-handling materials. 
  • Partner with Salesforce 
    • Build and manage relationships with Salesforce’s AI, Data Cloud, and Industry teams; collaborate on co-selling motions, events, and strategic accounts. 
  • Support Key Deals & Executive Conversation 
    • Provide executive-level support for AI-related opportunities, including scoping, value articulation, solution shaping, and strategic positioning. 
    • Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy, define solution vision, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel. 
    • Lead executive briefings, strategy workshops, and value discussions with customers across industries.

  • Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership 
    • Monitor AI trends, Salesforce roadmap, competitor offerings, and customer adoption patterns to inform strategy and empower our teams. 
    • Represent the company as an AI & Data thought leader at conferences, executive briefings, webinars, and partner events. 
    • Translate Salesforce innovations (AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein Copilot, metadata automation, LLM orchestration, etc.) into actionable GTM plays and customer-ready narratives. 
    • Educate the sales organization on trends, use cases, competitive positioning, and where AI/Data Cloud can create outsized customer value. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Partner with Marketing to refine value propositions, messaging, use cases, and campaign themes. 
    • Align tightly with Delivery’s Practice Lead for AI & Data Cloud to ensure a cohesive “sell → deliver” motion, including solution viability, scope definition, and handoff quality. 
    • Partner with Alliances to strengthen Salesforce field alignment and co-selling motions, especially with AI/Agentforce and Data Cloud teams. 
  • Training & Internal Readiness 
    • Build internal education programs to ensure Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams understand AI offerings, use cases, and GTM motions. 
  • Measurement & Optimization 
    • Define KPIs for AI pipeline growth, win rates, and adoption; track progress and refine strategy to maximize impact. 
  • Culture & Leadership 
    • Champion Cloud for Good’s mission, values, and commitment to the social good sector while driving innovation and excellence in AI.

  • Travel Requirements 
    • All roles at Cloud for Good include a travel component. Business travel—both domestic and international—may be required based on project and client needs. The amount of travel will vary by role but is generally expected to be up to 20% annually. Travel is considered an essential part of this position and supports effective client engagement, collaboration, and company representation. 
  • Work Environment 
    • Cloud for Good is a fully remote company. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free workspace that is camera-ready for video meetings. Collaboration takes place across Zoom, Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack during standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone).
